You can change the language code in your book to one of the languages that the Kindle Previewer does accept in order to get the book to convert, but language-specific features (like dictionaries) will not work properly.
The supported languages are listed under "Q8. What language books does Kindle Previewer 3 support?" on the
Kindle Previewer page at Amazon.
