One book generates a KFX where the "H is a nice big initial dropcap.

The other book fails kfxgen. But when I delete the quote mark preceding each dropcap, then it generates a KFX just fine with a nice big initial dropcap sans quote mark.

I have no idea why the quote mark creates a problem in one book but not the other
