For what it's worth, my last PW4 purchase in May 2019 (Mother's Day deal), the 8GB SO WiFi had 5.10.1.3 while the 32GB SO WiFi still had 5.10.0.2.

I don't know what's shipping now but perhaps you might want to try your luck with the PW4 32GB.

Could also get both and return the non-jailbreakable model(s).
