If you mean "slow cooker" mode, people say that "LOW" = keep warm (which only a few crockpots ever had), "NORMAL" = Low on a traditional crockpot, and "HIGH"=high on a crockpot. But it only has heater elements on the bottom, not all around, so people are less keen on the results of "slow cooking".

Models: size 3Qt, 6Qt, 8Qt -- 6 suits most people, from singles who want a few leftovers, to moderately sized families. 8Qt is huge, and requires modifications to many recipes.

Lux, Duo, DuoPlus, more that I don't know: look at the faceplate and see the features. RICE setting is useful, and YOGURT is not replaceable if you like yogurt, but otherwise many people just cook with the "MANUAL" or "PRESSURE" button. (Labelled differently on different models.)

Wifi capability seems overrated. I've never heard from people who use it. (I follow several Facebook Instant Pot groups.) Dial knob vs press buttons for timing: knob is sensitive, but some arthritic people have preferred it over pressing + or - to select a time.

The brandname "Instant Pot" is frequently said to be much more reliable than other brands. I'd advise sticking with this brand name.
