@Kovid: That looks like an occasional problem seen with the KoboTouchExtended driver. It occasionally has issues working out the path for Windows users that have accented or similar characters in their usernames. Such as "Jürgen". And searching through the KoboTouchExtended driver, @Leonatus has actually hit the problem with the driver a couple of years ago.
