After downloading Calibre version 3.45.1 I got this error message when opening the program:
Python function terminated unexpectedly
'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in position 10: invalid continuation byte (Error Code: 1)

Deleting calibre and downloading again doesn't work, I still get the same message. What do I do?
