But I don't know how to put a factory image on my Kindle? I assumed that 'Factory FW' just meant original firmware it came with.
It looks like this is going to take many messages. Please start your own thread and include the above information and also PLEASE write the firmware version number your kindle is running. Nobody can read your mind and nobody can help without information.
