What's the best way to sync notes to my pc? Does it sync both the image and ocr text?

I was trying to setup dropbox but they've limited adding new devices. I saw it had a wechat I tried to use, but wouldn't register because it's a new account. I saw some other accounts it could connect to, but wasn't sure which worked best.
