glad I could be of some help. I’m myself Mac OS X user for 5 years now and it was really painful to set up a Virtual Machine and install Windows 7 there because Sony’s inability to provide their software for more platforms than Windows, arrrrrgh.

Hachette sucks ‘bigtime’ because they’ve forbidden to sell their promotions books outside USA. I mean, as if there were zillions of readers just waiting for them. And they did it after the first book “The Way of Shadows” was sold by all the stores and suddenly they recognised that hey, the Internet does not stop at US border. How utterly astonishing!
So they enforced the stores to check billing addressed and credit cards. That’s why one has to “cheat” to get a buck book. Oh, boy.
