Glad you folks are talking about this new drop off returns. A few days before you started this I ordered the Wrong thing. Instead of a label to print out I got one of those black & white squares & instructions on drop & go. Well so far it been USELESS! Every time I tried to drop it off I get Bull Crap about the Computer not working. So its still sitting around waiting to go & I am STUCK! Amazon Refuses to give me a Label...grrr BTW ALL the other customer have No Problems sending their packages.
