Any one of:
  1. Drag-Drop the file onto the Book Details panel - usually on the left with the cover.
  2. Ctrl+V the file in file manager then use Add Book->Add files to selected book records from clipboard (Alt+Shift+A)
  3. Use Add Book->Add files to selected book records (Alt+A), browse to file
