You cannot legally resell an eBook. There's no way to know if you've gotten rid of all copies. When you have a pBook and you sell it, you no longer have it. There is no way to be sure you no longer have it. Also, if the eBook has DRM, it's tied to your Adobe account. So someone else would be unable to read it because the DRM is preventing that.
