well if you previously used the excellent built in backup feature, you would simply restore a version that was set up how you liked it.
if not then you have to figure out which of the many many references somehow got changed, or set all to default and start over with customising- then make a backup when done!
you can reset any android app: settings - apps - [find the app] -delete data & delete cache. delete data wipes all user preferences, logins etc, it becomes like a freshly installed app
I keep regular backups for ease of setup on any new device. The backup option is in preferences [ while no book is open]. it will backup to your choice of cloud provider
