Which Operating system/version?
Could you post your Add Books Preferences - 3 screen shots would be best, there's a Manage Attachments button in the Advanced Post screen, below the text area; or use the paper clip icon in the top toolbar. And post the name of the file you put in Autoadd folder.
Does the book have DRM protection?
Do you use the deDRM or GetFileName plugins?
