An Android ereader like Onyx or Boyue will read the most formats uncoverted. Also Koreader and Coolreader on a Kobo or *Kindle will read most formats. I think the only difficult formats to read will be Amazon and Kobo's formats, kfx and kpub respectively. Out of those two, kpubs are easy to convert, kfx not so much. You're probably going to have to do some converting whatever route you take.

*Kindle will only run koreader if jailbroken, which is pretty much impossible nowadays. I don't reccommend a Kindle.
