They are ignoring EU consumer laws.
You don't know what the limit is.
They do block everything.
You can be unlucky with a courier or product or supplier using Amazon.
Also if you are buying lots and a customer a long time, the returns will build up.

You have alternatives if one local chain is awkward. Also legal recourse such as the very cheap small claims court. There is no recourse with Amazon and they aim to be a monopoly.
