After a few years of good service my Glo HD has stopped connecting to pc, Ive tried loads of different cables, Windows 7 pcs, Windows 10 etc, nothing works.
On Windows 10 I plug it in, hit connect on the Kobo but I just get "Device not Recognised". In Windows 7 it tries to install a USB driver but that just fails.
I did a factory reset but it made no difference. Ive searched and seen a few similar threads but no real solutions in any of them. Is there anything else I can try? I have to take a 3 hour bus now with no books...
