I have a ONYX Boox Note 10.3.

I cannot swithc my ereader on. It has a white screen with the letters ONYX and do not respond any keys. What should I do to restart it?

I have tried to hold power bottom for ten seconds (toghether and withot exit bottom). The LED becomes blue. If I connect it to PC, then the LED turns red. Also I can see the files in the internal Disck.
