Is this legal?

Curious as to the legality of 'a certain website' selling the Kindle Oasis 3 with all details and pictures copied directly from amazon. With the added bonus of it costing $20 or $40 MORE (depending on whether the device is with or without special offers, which is not specified). It’s not legal to do this, is it?
