Make Ebooks Pretty with GutenMark
Although the article talks about Linux, it looks like this tool is available for Windows as well:

Basically, this takes the raw, rough, ugly Gutenberg text and prettifies it into a nicely formatted html document. A good start, for our masters of conversion here!
