For your eReader books you'd need to use ereader2html on them and then convert the HTML (using Book Designer or possible Calibre) into an LRF or EPUB for use on the Sony. The resulting HTML from ereader2html can sometimes be pretty poor and need some editing, but you eventually end up with a good book. Note that doing this circumvents the DRM.

As far as sources for books for the Sony...

You can of course buy books from the Sony store.

You can also buy ePub (with or without DRM) books.

You can buy PDF (with or without DRM), but PDFs generally don't display as well as other formats.

You can buy Multiformat books from Fictionwise and download the Sony LRF formatted version.

If you like SciFi (and a little Fantasy) you can get DRM free Sony formatted books from Webscription.net, they have lots of freebies too.

Some of the ebook only pubs sell Sony formatted books.

You can get nicely formatted public domain books here at MR or from Feedbooks.

Another thing some do is buy MS Reader formatted books or Mobipocket books and remove the DRM. The files, sans DRM, can be converted to LRF or EPUB in Calibre in a matter of seconds.
