I'm happy with my new Nook. I haven't had issues with sideloading. And as rcentros said, it's only as orange as you want it to be. Amazon would only get my attention with something similar. It's so much more comfortable to hold than the Oasis. And a 7" screen looks small now that I'm used to the larger Nook and Kobo ones.
