There isn't an easy way to do it.

If you have rooted your device then you might be able to mount the synology library on the device then use CC's "Local Library" connection type to get books from it. I don't have any hints for how to do this. Google will be your friend.

Some people have managed to run calibre's content server on Synology. Most used docker, but I think some managed to make calibre run natively on an Intel-based NAS. Again, Google will be your friend.
