Sure, there was hardcore porn back then. One of my college roommates had his father's collection of old black and white porn from the 30's that you played on one of those old movie projectors. I'm just talking about what was available to the average 12-14 year old boy when I was that age. There was plenty of hardcore porn kept behind the counter of the news stand wrapped in brown paper wrappers. We just couldn't get at it.
