I suppose 6.2 times is close to 10 times, iPad Mini 64GB, WiFi is $529 Cdn while the Walmart tablet comes in at $85.65 Cdn. However 64GB vs. 16GB, 2048x1536 vs. 1280x800, etc. etc. The funny part from my point of view is that we picked up 3 of the new iPad Minis for testing and the bottom of the line unit costs $100 Cdn more than the iPad bottom unit though you get 32GB more storage with the Mini (for $20 Cdn more than the Mini, the iPad goes to 128GB).

Having taken a look at the Onn tablet in a Walmart south of the border, I'd go for the iPad Mini if I didn't already have an iPad Pro.
