Much like the Qt Stylesheet (qt_styles.qss) from the other thread, the custom_preview_style.css file must be
manually created in the preferences folder. Sigil uses it if it's present. Otherwise, Book View/Preview uses whatever text/background colors the epub itself (and the OS theme) specifies. custom_preview_style.css contains typical html css.
