While this doesn't help with syncing, it does at least let me preserve my annotation history.. just in case.
For the record, there are several ways to get annotations from the Kobo devices. If you search here you will find posts from me outlining them, including that one. It's probably been a couple of years since I last posted the list, but, nothing has changed and it is still correct.
