So what you need is a publicly available website where you can upload/create notes that Pocket can scan and grab your content.
There are multiple candidates for this but probably the easiest would to be create a blog. Then create your "notes" as blog posts, use the "save to pocket" extension on your browser and you can delete your post once it's safely on the pocket site.
