Looks like that, though the problematic devices also have "speaker" BT profiles.

I recall somebody posting about a complete Bluetooth stack, but not sure if they ever did the work.
Of course, that was before the PW4 and the use of signed modules (see recent post on the subject - - "PW4 Serial Port" perhaps).
