It does not have a capacitive touchscreen display, instead it is employing Neonode zForce IR.
I don't know what "Neonode zForce" means, but this would probably account for the fact that the screen looks almost identical in clarity to its smaller brother, the Glowlight 3. And, according to the review, it has 19 LEDs, 10 "blue" ones and 9 orange-ish.
