I've been wondering about this. I was trying to find what files shipping mode leaves behind or deletes but all I found was whitelist/graylist for the data partition.

I've got jailbroken PW4 that I'd like to keep on 5.10.0.2 because the battery percentage annoys me. Unfortunately, no OTA download for that version. Would running ;shpm retain jailbreak?
