I think you've cherry picked some data points....but yes, today's Msft is not "windows windows windows". If anything it's "Azure, Azure, Azure" followed by "mobile, mobile, mobile" (iOS and Android).
Practically...for the normal folk....Msft has come up with a fantastic, cross platform set of mobile apps and services.
