Microsoft realized they would never dominate the phone market (a shame, as Windows Phone seemed really neat) and so they are all over Android now. Aside from the Microsoft launcher, they also have an app for Windows 10 called
Your Phone that will synch your photos and text. I can reply to text messages on my Surface.
