If I wanted to "retrain" or "recalibrate" my Oasis 1 batteries (both the battery in the cover and the battery in the Oasis itself), what should I do?

Do I let both the Oasis and the cover run down to 0% and shut off by itself? Or do I not let it get that far and simply wait until the low-battery warning before plugging in to power to recharge?

I'm starting to get odd readings, where the cover battery suddenly plummets. However the readings for the Oasis itself seem okay
