Alright, I followed the instructions, but so far it just says "updating collections (from Calibre)" for a long time now (1h) and doesn't update. If I exit the screen and come back, I still have the same collections.

Could it be from the existing collections on the kindle that were made on the kindle? I thought I read it overwrote it, but besides that I am not sure what's going wrong. I'm working on rebooting the device now.
