However, the math doesn't support 10.1" 16:9 being bigger than 9.7" 4:3 using fit page to screen. That said, most Android tablets use 16:10 AR anyway and not 16:9 (there's a fairly significant difference between the two).
10.1" 16:10 5.4" x 8.6" - fit 3:2 page to screen: 5.4" x 8.0"
9.7" 4:3 5.8" x 7.8" - fit 3:2 page to screen: 5.2" x 7.8"
10.1" 16:9 5.0" x 8.8" - fit 3:2 page to screen: 5.0" x 7.4"

Now that you mention it, my Lenovo may be 16:10
Here's a photo of the same comic displayed on my 4:3 tablet running Windows 10 and my Lenovo tablet. I changed the colors on the letterboxing so you can see what is unused screen vs. bezel. It may or may not be obvious in the photo, but the comic is noticeably larger on the 16:10.
