Gack! What a day. OTOH, the lilac is mostly pruned (one limb that will require the chain saw!), the apple tree has been hacked back to submission, and the rosemary is merely huge, no longer trying to take over the entire garden. And fresh oatmeal raisin cookies are out of the oven. But tomorrow? I'm going to pay. Big time.
