Hello everyone,

I have just received a Onyx Boox Note 10.3" (the only one available on amazon in Canada) that I bought to anotate PDF scientific articles. However, my Boox Note seems to have a problem: notetaking is defective on a ~0.5cm band on the right hand side of the screen, which is a consistent issue for my use-case.

I have seen someone with a similar issue in amazon comments, for those of you who own this device I would like to know if you have the same issue before I return the device to get a new one, please. Basically, on the right hand side of the screen (0.5cm from the edge), I need to press very hard to write anything at all.
