If you refer to the staggered online date, then it has been like that since Nate posted it. I distinctly remember reading it and been wondering why all these posts appeared about not finding any info on the webpage.

That is possible. When the Oasis 2 came out, Audible support did not ship in the factory FW, but required an update. Maybe B&N can learn from others advertising mistakes.
