Yes I suggested this step a while back, but she never reported back.
Dear Barbara, Please do the following
only and report back your findings;
0). Unplug all memory devices from your PC and restart it, Then...
1). Plug the single SD card into your windows PC,
2). Open windows explorer,
3). Does the card show in explorer,
IF
NO do step 4;
4). In Task Bar search type in; windows memory diagnostic
5). Execute (single or double click on) windows memory diagnostic,
6). Execute the first diagnostic option, (recommended).
let windows do its automatic procedure, make some tea.
After your PC has restarted open explorer, Is your device listed ?. Yes or NO.
