If you want to download ebooks through calibre, you can do that through `Get Books'. But the website your talking about is not supported. Furthermore, `Get Books' does not provide a way to schedule your downloads.

If you want to you to use `News Recipes' to download your magazine, then you have to find the web page version of it and make a recipe to download it. Calibre will then convert the web pages to an ebook. One benefit to this approach is that you can schedule your downloads.
