Yeah, I checked the lyrics before posting and it read like a dialog. The only other reference that I could find to "Chunga's revenge" was conjecture that it might be a term for "weariness" but even that author seemed unsure. So I went on the basis of the dialog being, at worst, the personification of weariness.
