Out of a perhaps morbid curiosity, where did I say that I had to type in "www.amazon.com"? Perhaps I am mistaken in thinking that the end result of clicking the "Get library book" link and being redirected to
www.amazon.com to complete the borrowing process is the equivalent of "having the customer have to head over to Amazon's site to download the ebooks" to quote myself.
As for attempting to distinguish between the end result of clicking on a link and typing in the equivalent URL? Hmmm... Pedantic? A fine example of sophistry? Risible? Quibbling? Pretentious? Asking how many angels can dance on the head of that pin? According to the late Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, the correct answer would be 1.
