Hi everyone. I'm Dave from Barkhamsted, CT. I tried ebooks some years ago on Palm and iPaq PDAs, but just couldn't get into the tiny screens. The Kindle piqued my curiosity when it came out (I'm a long time Amazon customer), but it was the Kindle 2 that moved me to action. I found MobileRead while looking for reviews on it, and your "Which one should I buy?" forum was instrumental in helping me make my decision. Thanks for that!

Anyway, I've had it for 4 days now, and I love it. I look forward to getting lots of good information from these forums, and thanks for having me.
