I've already tried compltly removing metadata so the Kindle can't try to link those books with non-existant books in Kindle on Amazon servers, and it's not fixed the problem.
Anyone have any idea what to do to fix this?
I already tried having just ISBN and Amazon identifiers, even just Amazon (Kindle version) then and it still messes it up.
