I settled for reading in Libby and not trying to get library books to open in bookari or aldiko.both apps allegedly support Adobe DRM.
It's been several firmware versions now that the Aura One and newer Kobo ereaders have Overdrive integration. Though I wonder at describing the use of ADE as an intermediary on a computer as fiddly. I've used the same email address for my Adobe authorizations and have had very few problems for over a decade other than having to beg for more authorizations on a couple of occasions until I started to save the activation file from my Kobo to restore after a factory reset.
