How to Recreate Library After Database Corruption (One Method)
If your books are on your device, then the following works:
  1. Delete everything in your library (after backing up).
  2. Connect your device.
  3. Start Calibre.
  4. From the device icon choose: "Show books on device".
  5. Select all books.
  6. Right-click and choose: "Add to library".
