That's odd. The contrast ratio for the B/W version is the same as for the colour version. I don't think that can be right. It ought to be higher. I wonder if their 'greyscale' display is just their colour display being driven as greyscale.
(I'd have expected the B&W version to be 454ppi and better than 1:20 contrast ratio.)
