Rough Guides is a series of travel guides for various foreign countries, plus the U.S. They've currently got one of the better
free ebook offers that I've seen lately! They offer one of them, out of quite a large selection, for
free. If you had to buy one of these ebooks, the choices would run you from about $14 to $24 retail.
Rough Guides books tend to be highly to very highly rated, at Amazon and GoodReads.
But let me say this, before I go any further: "please, please do the
ethical and
honest thing!" Go to

before requesting the free ebook. Rough Guides is very generously offering the
free ebook based upon you following their (simple and easy) requirements for receiving the
free ebook, and one of those is for you to look over one or more of their products. That's not much to ask, is it?
Once you've done that, navigate to
this webpage. Follow the instructions. There is a very short survey for you to take, and then there is the obligatory request for some personal information. They'll send you an email message which will give you the rest of the information that you need to know, and the instructions that you need to follow, in order to download the book.
The website says that you can get the ebook, that you select, in PDF, ePub, and mobi (however, mobi was not available for the ebook that I selected). As it turns out, I was able to download both the PDF and the ePub flavors of the ebook that I selected, though!
