Would you kindly quote where I have asked for "help"? If anything, I'm the one that's helping. Have you noticed the read count lately? What does that tell you? I think there might just be one or 2 of them that have come away thinking "Hmm, didn't know that before".
I don't think "M", "A" or "C" at Amazon Support would have any complaint about my words or dealings with them personally.
